VIP Branding uses FedEx Smartpost for our delivery method. The time to deliver your order is dependent on the proximity to our production factory, in general you should receive your order in 10-15 business days.
- FedEx Smart Post to the West Coast normally takes 4-5 business days
- FedEx Smart Post to the East Coast or Midwest normally takes 2-3 business days
- Holiday periods may experience longer delivery times.
VIP Branding is dedicated to providing you with total customer satisfaction and quality products. Your purchase is helping fund critical programs and we're committed to helping schools continue to provide extracurricular opportunities.
For incorrectly produced items, products with manufacturer’s defects, or products damaged in shipping, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-888-501-1577 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PST Monday-Friday or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Because all of our products are custom-created especially for your order, returns and exchanges for convenience or ordering the wrong sizes are restricted.
These policies are in place because this is an important fundraising platform for your organization. Since all sales are part of a major fundraiser effort, no royalties will be given for returned products.
