Can I return or exchange items?

VIP Branding is dedicated to providing you with total customer satisfaction and quality products. Your purchase is helping to fund critical programs and we are committed to helping schools continue to provide extracurricular opportunities.

Because all of our products are custom-created specifically for your order, returns and exchanges for convenience are not permitted.

These policies are in place because this is an important fundraising platform for your organization. Since all sales are part of a major fundraiser effort, no royalties will be given for returned products.

For incorrectly produced items, products with manufacturer's defects, or products damaged in shipping, please contact Customer Service for instructions on how to exchange the item(s) between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PST Monday-Friday at 1-888-501-1577 or via email at customerservice@vipbranding.com.

Can I return a defective product?

All of our products are custom made-to-order for each customer, however decorating custom apparel, printing defects do occasionally occur. This is usually due to factors such as garment dye lots, defective ink, curing times and more. While we are constantly striving to optimize our printing methods, unfortunately we can always identify a problem prior to shipping.

Garment colors and artwork shown are approximate. Also, due to method of printing, variations in color may occur.

Defects usually show up after a single wash so if your purchase fades or peels after the first wash, please contact Customer Service for instructions on how to exchange the item(s) between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PST Monday-Friday at 1-888-501-1577 or via email at customerservice@vipbranding.com.

Because everything bought through the Varsity Shop is a fundraiser for your organization, all returns and exchanges are limited to 30 days from the time of receipt and will not be accepted for convenience.

How do I make a change to my order?

All of our products are custom produced for you and your school when you place an order. If you would like to add, delete, or modify an item, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-501-1577 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PST Monday-Friday or via email at customerservice@vipbranding.com. They will determine the status of your order and advise you on your options.

What are my payment options?

VIP Branding accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Debit Cards attached to one of these companies. Card information captured at the time of your order is encrypted and maintained in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.

What size is right for me?

Refunds not accepted for ordering the wrong size and will only be accepted for defects during the manufacturing and shipping processes. Please make sure to check the sizing chart located on the bottom of each product page in the additional information section. VIP Branding stands behind all of our products, if we have manufactured a garment incorrectly or our merchandise is defective we will make it right. What if I have any questions?

If all representatives are busy, please leave a voicemail message including your name, phone number and reason for your call and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my order?

The delivery time for your order is comprised of two components: production time and shipping time. Since everything on your order is custom made, it will take 10-15 business days for your delivery to occur after your order is placed. Please view our order and shipping policy page for more detail.

Can I find these items elsewhere for less?

While you may find similar items to those in our store for less, most likely they will not feature your school brand and are not giving any portion of your total order back to your organization.

Why should I create an account?

By creating your own Varsity Shop Account you will receive emails which contain future discount codes and contests as well as new products that we will be offering. In addition to receiving these Marketing emails, you can save items to your cart, check out faster, store multiple addresses, and view the previous orders you have placed with us. We will also be able to help you make changes to your account, reset your password and better serve our Customers.

Information We Collect About You

When you visit our website and as your trusted notification institution, we collect, retain and use non-public personal information about our potential, current and former customers. We are likely to record two kinds of information:

(1) Non-personal statistical information collected in aggregate. This is anonymous information on a subject such as: how many visitors come to our website, how they navigate through the site, which browsers they use to visit the site, etc.

(2) Personal data or ("Personal Information") that you knowingly supply to us. When you sign up for our products and services or register on our website to access our products list or to access your account information, VIP Branding will collect personal information that will help us to identify you, authenticate you and provide you with better service. This information is called "personally identifiable information" and is used to associate usage information with a specific individual or entity. Examples of personally identifiable information are: customer name, address, telephone number, email address, account number, etc.

We Do Not Sell Personal Customer Information

VIP Branding will not sell personal information to any third party. We will disclose personally identifiable information to government officials and law enforcement agencies when it is required by law (e.g., in compliance with a subpoena or court order) or if we believe in good faith that such action is appropriate and necessary to protect and defend the rights of VIP Branding, or to protect the safety of VIP Branding users and the general public.

We Protect Your Information

The protection of your non public personal information is of utmost importance to us. We maintain strict practices and procedures to safeguard your privacy in accordance with this privacy policy. We restrict employee access to customer information to only those who have a business reason to know such information, and we educate our employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy.

When you provide us with your personal information, we use commercially reasonable efforts to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, we are not insurers of the security of your Personal Information. Accordingly, we assume no liability for any disclosure of data due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond our reasonable control.


It is possible that electronic communications may be accessed by unauthorized third parties when communicated between you and VIP Branding using the Internet, other network communications facilities, telephone or any other electronic means. All transfer of personal information on a Varsity Shop transaction is secured by encrypted user names and passwords, and the industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. SSL prohibits other Web users from gaining access to your personal information and to help protect the loss, misuse and alteration of your information. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee it's absolute security.

When will VIP Branding Disclose my Information to Third Parties?

We may disclose your personal information to any successor-in-interest of ours, such as a company that acquires us. In the event VIP Branding goes through a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition by or with another company, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via email or by a notice on our Website of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information. VIP Branding does not share, rent or trade your personal information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

How You Can Access or Correct Your Information

If you create an account on our site, you can access and update your personally identifiable information by logging into your school store using the username and password you setup when creating your profile. Children under Thirteen.

The Varsity Shop websites are intended for users ages 13 and older only. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children that we know to be under the age of 13. In addition, we will delete any information in our database that we know originates from a child under the age of 13. In our efforts to comply, we require a birth date in the student profile including month, day and year.

Children 13 to 17.

Prospective users between the ages of 13 and 17 can only use the Varsity Shop websites upon school approval. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you, your parent, or your legal guardian may request that we deactivate any of your personal information in our database and/or opt-out from receiving communications from us.

Changes to Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy. When we make any such changes, you will find a message on our Home Page and a link to this page. If there are material changes to VIP Branding privacy practices, you will be sent a notice via email, and it will be posted as a message on our home page and linked in the privacy policy.

Linked Web Sites

Varsity Shop websites may contain links to various other websites. Please be aware that these other sites may have privacy policies that differ from VIP Branding. VIP Branding does not monitor these sites and is not responsible for either the content that appears on linked sites, or your privacy once you have linked to other sites.

Can I Opt-out from receiving communications from VIP Branding?

We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of having your personal information used for certain purposes. For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference by clicking on the Unsubscribe link.
